Group
Visits and Private Hire – Terms of Booking ·
Once a date has been confirmed, the person making the booking
(hereafter known as the ‘Organiser’)
must tell Friars Court their group’s approximate time of arrive and
departure, expected numbers, visit option and meal requirements. ·
The Organiser must
then confirm the booking in writing within 14 days. ·
A booking deposit may be required (payable to Friars Court Leisure Ltd) ·
Friars Court will only provide written quotations or
confirmation of a booking by request. ·
The Organiser must

The Organiser will
be responsible and liable for the payment of any reduction in confirmed
numbers. ·
Friars Court is only open to private, pre booked groups and
all admission and meal prices are applicable to all members in the group. ·
It is the responsibility of the Organiser to ensure their group is aware of the arrangements of
the visit and the costs involved. ·
Friars Court is unable to accept payment from individuals;
instead an invoice will be presented to the Organiser on the day of the visit for the number booked and one
payment made by either cash or cheque.
